Design resource for creation of Salesforce Health Cloud / Marketing Cloud enterprise call center software for ambulatory clinics with Epic integration for clinical data, Design and facilitation of User Acceptance Testing for MVP release.

Stakeholder communications and training program design for enterprise data management migration to Informatica. 

2020

Lead Web Solutions Analyst for corporate offices and clinical facilities during migration of legacy intranets to SharePoint Online / M365 including complex workflow process automation solutions for Real Estate, Clinical Informatics, Purchased Services Procurement Review, and Electronic Health Record implementation teams. Migration / consolidation of 2,000 team sites and more than 20,000 policies. Design and facilitation of enterprise in-person and LMS based training program to support the migration, clean up existing sites, and train site owners.
